Kochkäse mit Brot Rezept

Ingredients:
- 500g Harzer Cheese
- 100ml Milk
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- A pinch of Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Grate the Harzer cheese and set it aside.
- In a saucepan, heat up the milk, chopped onions, minced garlic, butter, paprika, salt and pepper on medium heat.
- Once heated, add the grated cheese and stir continuously until it is fully melted.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes.
How to prepare:
Slice some bread and toast it in a pan. Serve the Kochkäse warm with the bread on the side.

- 500g Quark
- 125g Butter
- 50g grated Emmental Cheese
- 50g grated Gouda Cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan Cheese
- A pinch of Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the quark and stir continuously.
- Add the grated cheeses and continue stirring until they’re fully melted.
- Finally, add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes.
How to prepare:
